Shipping
Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays. Orders will ship 1-2 business day after you order. *NOTE: during restocks, new releases & special promotions, there can be an additional 2-4 business days of processing time!
Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:

First Class: 3-7 Business Days
Priority Mail: 5-7 Business Days
FedEx Ground: 3-5 Business Days ($100 worth of insurance included)
FedEx 2 Day: 2 Business Days (Guaranteed transit time, $100 worth of insurance included)
INTERNATIONAL (Does NOT account for time spent at customs, border inspection facilities, etc):
Standard Post (APC Postal Logistics): 7-15 Business Days ($100 worth of insurance included)
DHL Express: 2-5 Business Days
FedEx Ground: 3-10 Business Days (Only available in Canada, $100 worth of insurance included)
FedEx International Priority: 1-5 Business Days ($100 worth of insurance included)
Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.

Express Shipping cost $9.99 Delivery time: 3-5 business days

Most of items ship from US & Canada, UK Local Warehouse.
Please allow between 2-3 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with the outer plastic seal fully intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
⚠️ Please make sure the plastic seal on the outer packaging remains intact. Once the item has been tried on, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note we do not accept returns for FINAL SALE ITEMS.
Any product with an unsealed or opened original package will be considered a Final Sale Item and is not eligible for return.
Due to personal hygiene issues, all sale items from Niidor consider as Final Sale Items. Please do not return your purchased items, as we cannot resell Niidor products.They go directly to the trash.
General Inquire
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Products are made for humans, not animals.
We have also thoroughly researched our manufacturers to ensure that they100% do not engage in any form of animal testingand that the ingredients they sourcedo not come from places that are not cruelty-free.
