Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Use it to track your package at niidor.com/tools/track-your-order. If You Cannot Find Your Package In rare cases, your tracking may show as delivered but you have not received your package. Please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. After this time, we may be unable to assist with lost package claims. Possible reasons: - Delivery may be delayed by 1–2 business days even if tracking shows delivered. - The package may have been left with a neighbor. - The package may be lost. If so, please contact the carrier to file a claim and send us the claim number so we can follow up. Investigation may take up to 15 business days.
