We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and returned with its original packaging and protective film intact. Returns for personal reasons may require the customer to cover return shipping costs and any applicable taxes.

For hygiene and health protection, adhesive bras cannot be returned or exchanged once the package has been opened, the protective film has been removed, or the product has been tried on. Please check the size, color, and packaging label carefully before opening.

Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number, along with clear photos or videos of the product and the outer packaging label. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the related shipping costs.

Once your return or quality claim has been approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or payment provider, but refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days after they are issued.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact customer service for assistance.

Please contact customer service as soon as possible if you need to change the size, color, shipping address, or cancel your order. We will do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing or has already shipped.
