Large Double-Sided Adhesive Bra Inserts: More Coverage for Fuller Busts
A small insert can be frustrating when it covers only part of the area you want to shape. The large double-sided adhesive inserts are designed with more coverage in mind, including for fuller busts. They can be useful inside a bra, swimsuit, or fitted dress, but they are still inserts—not a standalone bra.
What is the large shape for?
NIIDOR describes this style as a lightweight insert for fuller busts, including D+ cups, with a larger shape intended to provide more coverage and steadier support. Its double-sided adhesive is meant to help hold the insert between the body and clothing when applied correctly.
That design is most helpful when the garment itself can cover and support the insert. The page lists bras, bikinis, swimsuits, fitted tops, and dresses as options. It specifically says not to wear the inserts on their own as a bra.

How do you choose a size?
The page offers sizes S through XL and a size finder based on band and cup size. If you fall between sizes, NIIDOR's guidance is to choose the smaller size for more gathered cleavage or the larger size for more comfortable coverage. For a fuller bust, coverage and edge placement are usually more useful checks than choosing a size only to maximize cleavage.
Before buying, compare the size chart with the garment you plan to wear. The insert should fit under the fabric without reaching beyond the neckline or armhole. A larger surface area can help with coverage, but it also needs enough room in the garment.
How should you apply them?
Start with clean, dry skin and follow the product's placement instructions. Apply the inserts inside the garment, guide the bust upward and inward, then press firmly so the adhesive can hold. Put the full outfit on and check the edges while standing, sitting, and moving your arms.
The product page cautions against very thin, loose, or highly stretchy garments where an insert may show or shift. A lined swimsuit or structured top is a more dependable starting point than a delicate, unlined fabric.

What they can and cannot do
These inserts can add discreet shaping beneath a suitable garment; they do not replace the support of a well-fitting bra. The adhesive may reduce slipping, but fit, placement, skin preparation, and garment structure still affect the result. If you need dependable support for a long day, test the whole outfit at home first.
Cleaning and storage
NIIDOR says to hand-wash gently, air-dry fully, and replace the protective film after use. Avoid putting them away while damp, since dust and moisture can affect the adhesive.
