Returns and Exchanges Policy
1. What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of receipt. All silicone invisible bras must be brand new, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, items cannot be returned even if only tried on once.
2. Which items can be returned?
Our Reasons (Quality Defect/Shipping Error)
- Including peeling, damage, deformation, incorrect size/color/style, or missing accessories.
- Clear evidence (photos/videos of the defect + your order number) must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
Customer's Personal Reasons
- For example, changes in plans, size preference, dissatisfaction with color, etc.
- Items must be completely unopened and unused to be eligible for return.
3. Who bears the return shipping costs?
If the problem is on our end (quality defect, shipping error): We will cover all return and reshipping costs.
For returns due to personal reasons: You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
4. Why can't I return or exchange a bra that has been opened or tried on?
Our product are considered intimate hygiene products. Once the protective film is removed or the product comes into contact with skin (even briefly), we cannot restock or resell it. This strict policy is designed to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
5. How do I apply for a return?
Please contact our customer service team at info@niidor.com. Your email should include the following information:
- Your order number
- Reason for return (please attach photos/videos if there is a quality issue)
- Your desired solution (refund or exchange)
We will review your application and respond within 1-3 business days.
6. What if the returned item fails inspection?
If the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, broken packaging, or hygiene issues, we will be unable to process your return. The item will be disposed of properly and cannot be sent back to you.
