How long does shipping take?

Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays. Orders will ship 1­-2 business day after you order. *NOTE: during restocks, new releases & special promotions, there can be an additional 2-4 business days of processing time!

Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:

Priority Mail: 5-7 Business Days
FedEx Ground: 3-5 Business Days ($100 worth of insurance included)
FedEx 2 Day: 2 Business Days (Guaranteed transit time, $100 worth of insurance included)

INTERNATIONAL (Does NOT account for time spent at customs, border inspection facilities, etc):
Standard Post (APC Postal Logistics): 7-15 Business Days ($100 worth of insurance included)

DHL Express: 2-5 Business Days
FedEx Ground: 3-10 Business Days (Only available in Canada, $100 worth of insurance included)
FedEx International Priority: 1-5 Business Days ($100 worth of insurance included)

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.

How much is shipping?

Express Shipping cost $9.99 Delivery time: 3-5 business days

Where do you ship from?

Most of items ship from California & Canada, UK Local Warehouse.

Some items ship from Shenzhen, China.

How do I track my order?

Please allow between 2-3 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.
If you don't see the email in your inbox try checking your spam folder or add to your safe sender’s list.


What’s your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note we do not accept returns for FINAL SALE ITEMS. The unboxing original package of the product considers as the Final Sale Item.

What do you do with returned products?

Due to personal hygiene issues, all sale items from Niidor consider as Final Sale Items. Please do not return your purchased items, as we cannot resell Niidor products.They go directly to the trash.

What is your subscription plan?

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, our whole line is cruelty-free! Makeup is for humans, not animals. We have also researched our manufacturers and know 100% they don’t affiliate or get ingredients from places that are not cruelty-free!

When will my favorite Niidor product be back in stock?

Niidor always announces his current re-stocks on his social media. Please subscribe for all announcements.

Send us an email! Our customer service team will be happy to help with any other question you may have! Send your name, JSC order number (if applicable), and question to hours of operation for customer service are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST, excluding weekends and major holidays. Our customer service teams will do their best to respond as quickly as possible, however please allow 24­ - 48 hours to receive a response. Also, we are only equipped to handle orders placed, any orders placed through our retailers need to be handled by their respective customer service teams.
