1. Preparation Before Wearing
Thoroughly cleanse your skin with mild soap and water to remove all oils, lotions, antiperspirants, and sunscreens.
Ensure your skin is completely dry—any residue will weaken the adhesive's tackiness, thereby reducing its adhesion.
Peel off the protective film covering the adhesive surface and set it aside in a safe place (please retain this protective film for use when storing the product later).

2. Wearing Instructions
Position the cups to align with your natural breast shape; then, press upward from the bottom of the cups to achieve a lifting and centering effect.
Firmly press along the edges of the cups for 10–15 seconds to ensure the adhesive adheres securely.
For styles featuring a magnetic clasp: Gently fasten the clasp and make slight adjustments to create a natural, alluring deep-V silhouette.

Proper care is key to ensuring your Niidor bra remains in excellent condition, even after being worn more than 15 times:

1. After Every Wear
Rinse the bra with warm water to remove surface sweat and dirt.
Apply a small amount of mild, fragrance-free soap to your fingertips.
Gently rub the adhesive surface and the fabric/silicone sections in a circular motion to remove oils and residue.
Rinse thoroughly with cold water until all soap suds are completely washed away.

2. Drying and Storage
Air-dry only; place the bra adhesive-side up in a cool, shaded area away from light. Never use heat sources to dry it, and never place it in direct sunlight.
Once the bra is completely dry, reapply the protective film to the adhesive surface.
Store the bra flat in its original packaging box or in a clean, dust-free storage container to prevent deformation.

3. Important Precautions
❌ Never machine wash, tumble dry, or dry clean.
❌ Never use alcohol, bleach, or harsh detergents—these substances will damage the adhesive layer.
❌ Never use sharp objects (such as fingernails or scissors) to scratch the adhesive surface.
❌ When storing, never fold the bra or stack heavy objects on top of it.
