• Positioning: Lean slightly forward and apply the patch from the outside inwards, aligning it with the lower edge of your breasts.
• Securing: Gently press from the core area outwards, ensuring a perfect fit, especially at the edges.
• Checking: Stand up and make slight adjustments to ensure both sides are symmetrical and secure.

How to Remove

Gently Remove: Gently peel off from the upper outer edge and slowly roll inwards. If the adhesive is strong, rinse with warm water or use a small amount of moisturizing oil.

How to Clean
