To care for your Niidor adhesive bra, gently wash it with mild shower gel and lukewarm water after each use. Let it air dry naturally, then place the protective film back on once it’s dry.

Niidor adhesive bras should be worn on clean, dry skin free of lotion. They can be worn under snug-fitting tops for6–8 hours at a time. Gently rinse your bra with water after each use. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
Niidor adhesive bras can also be worn at the gym or while swimming; however, if moisture builds up underneath, please dry and clean them before continuing use.

Our Niidor adhesive bras are made from high-quality silicone and feature a safe, skin-friendly adhesive. They are dermatologist-tested and approved for all-day comfort. Every Niidor product undergoes third-party clinical testing, including toxicity tests, to ensure they are gentle on your skin and completely safe to wear.

Like all adhesive products, Niidor bras may start to lose their hold after prolonged exposure to sweat or moisture. Currently, we recommend wearing them for up to 4 hours in such conditions. We are actively working on improving this. For hot or humid weather, it’s a good idea to bring an extra bra as a backup.

Since water can affect the stickiness of adhesive products, Niidor bras are not ideal for wearing with swimsuits. For the best fit and support, we recommend using them with dry clothing.
